If used in this manner you may get several months of usage before battery replacement is needed. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Non-defective items must be unopened or in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please call us or use our Contact Us Form. We will issue a return Authorization Number. No refunds after 30 days although we may offer store credit.

Please call customer service at to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot exchange items due to normal wear and tear or abuse. We cannot give refunds on items not directly purchased from us. Defective items purchased through our resellers are eligible for replacement through us although we may not be able to replace the item with the exact model. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we issue a paid return label by email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
